It is very important in spoken Urdu to pronounce ‘zhe’ correctly. Its sound is a bit typical and is often mistaken for ‘z’ (ज़), ‘j’ (ज) or even ‘jh’ (झ). Listen carefully to the comparative sounds below to understand the difference:
